The Hero model 240 has a distinctive triangular shape nib.  The barrel is made from resin as is the very comfortably shaped finger grip.  There is a chromed band running down the top of the finger grip, which is also a very distinctive feature of this pen.  The alloy cap has a very bold imprint below the chrome plated pocket clip.  The cap and barrel are both flat ended and the barrel unscrews to reveal an Aerometric-style press-bar filling mechanism. The gold plated nib is made from a steel alloy with an iridium point and writes with a fine width line.
