This model 51A pen seems to be an evolution of the best-selling model 992 pen but with the classic brushed steel cap instead of the self-coloured plastic cap.  The metal cap lends the pen a more dignified and a slightly "vintage" look.  The pen has a classic torpedo shape pen with a stainless steel iridium tipped nib in a fine point.  This pen is supplied complete with an ink converter, though you can use standard International sized ink cartridges in it as well.
