A high quality Chinese made pen.  This is the new and modern Jinhao model 75 fountain pen.  It bears a passing resemblance to a Parker Sonnet, but with this pen. Jinhao have chosen some rather striking finishes.  It is a metal pen with a decent heft, though not too heavy, and is fitted with a black ion plated steel nib in a fine point.  This is a cartridge/converter pen.  You unscrew the barrel to fit either a standard international size cartridge or you can use the original ink converter that is already fitted.
