The PenBBS 487 has a unique filling method that is operated by sliding a magnet along the outside of the barrel. Conveniently, it has a strong magnet built into the top of the cap. It has a good large size, great balance, whether posted or not, and a lovely weight - not too heavy, but with a reassuring heft in the hand. This is basically a piston fille pen with a prodigious ink capacity that will see you writing for days on end without a refill. Like many PenBBs pens, this is available in a variety of demonstrator and semi-demonstrator finishes. The No. 6 Pen BBS nib is made from stainless steel, is bi-coloured, and in a fine point.
The pen comes packaged in a presentation box.
