Sheaffer's flagship product, the Legacy Heritage is a re-imagining of the classic "Pen For Men" from the 1950s.  This is my favourite finish of a black lacquered barrel with a mirror finish palladium plated cap and all gold plated trim.  This is an old-stock ballpoint - it is in pristine condition still, having spent its entire life so far on a shelf in a warehouse somewhere.  It is presented here in its original box with all paperwork.  The Legacy Heritage was a bold, chunky full-length pen.  The cap has a gold plated pocket clip with the Sheaffer White Dot at the shoulder.  Around the cap lip is a gold plated band on which the imprint which reads simply "SHEAFFER".  This is a retractable pen that works by twisting the cap.  It is still fitted with its original Sheaffer "K" refill that is working perfectly.  The original black leatherette-covered box has the Sheaffer name and logo on the outside fo the lin and also inside the lid which is lined with a flocked beige material.  The pad is made of the same stuff, and below is the original instruction booklet.  The black card outer slipcase is also still present and also in lovely condition.
