CR082 The Croxley Pen, boxed (Soft Fine)

This is a large and chunky Croxley in green and black marbled celluloid with gold filled trim.  This pen is in very good condition but it does have a tiny bit of plating wear to the edges of the pocket clip and to the central ridge of the filling lever.  You will probably only see this using a loupe.  Both cap and barrel have a good original gloss to them.  The cap has a large conical-ended top button holding on the stylised arrow Croxley pocket clip.  There is also a narrow gold filled cap band.  The barrel has two imprints - one saying "MADE IN GT BRITAIN", the other "THE CROXLEY PEN / A DICKINSON PRODUCT".  Both are crisp and clear.  The gold filled filling lever is also in the form of an arrow.  The original Dickinson nib is in 14 carat gold and is in a fine point.  The original box is also in very nice condition with just minor edge and corner wear.  Inside you can also find the original instruction sheet.

I have fully serviced this pen. It fills well and writes superbly.  The nib is very smooth a writes with a lovely wet line.  The fine nib has some softness and will give a tiny bit of line width variation as you write.
