A spectacular three part Waterford cRystal double desk set with a pair of Waterford branded ballpoint pens.  It is in excellent condition with the only thing I can see on it being some extremely minor foxing to the plated trumpets and pens. I can't see this without a loupe and it does not detract from the beauty of this dest set at all.  The pens have a slanted end to the taper with a little black Waterford seahorse emblem.  They are of a fluted design with "WATERFORD / CRYSTAL" imprinted at the cap lip.  The caps pull off for access to the refill- they are currently fitted with what I assume to be the original refills that seem to have dried up.  I will include a pair of Cross branded refills with the pen set.  The base consists of three slabs of lovely cut crystal, all with the Waterford etched mark on the undersides.  In the centre is a larger piece complete with a Waterford clock.  I have put a new battery in this and will include a spare battery with the set.  Either side of this are the two pwn holders complete with trumpets that articulate with a ball and socket arrangement so they are pretty much infinitely adjustable.  These three parts all sit on a lovely polished steel frame with quite enchanting miniature ball and claw feet!  

I have not seen this set before, or indeed any Waterford crystal set.  The pens remind me the Cross Century style, and may well have been made for Waterman by that company.  

This lovely set would grace any desk.
