PA3464 Parker Duofold Junior. (Broad)

A super glossy burgundy red Duofold Junior in very good condition.  There are no noticeable scratches to either barrel or cap, and the only damage I can see to this pen is some slight plating wear to the centre raised part of the pocket clip spine.  You can see this in the close-up photo below, but it is not readily apparent using the naked eye.  The Parker arrow pocket clip and deco engraved cap band are both rolled gold.  The burgundy cap top jewel is glossy and undamaged.  The barrel unscrews to reveal the Aerometric filling system.  The brushed steel protector is in excellent condition.  The original pli-glass ink sac has some minor internal ink colour caste but it does retain a good amount of original transparency.  The Parker nib is rather unuusal in that instead of bearing the usual "10" number it has an "R" imprinted.  I do not know for sure but as far as I can tell from research, it may signify a nib that is a warranty replacement, so this pen may have been returned to Parker at some time in its life for a replacement nib.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  The pen writes very smoothly with a lovely wet, consistent and broad width line.
