A gold plated Targa pencil.  This pencil is in excellent condition -  it has no dings, no plating wear and no noticeable scratches, just the very fine micro-scratches that you would need a loupe to spot.  The cap has the distinctive flat top with a black inlaid disk and a gold plated band above the pierced white dot pocket clip.   The design is very much inspired by 1920s flat-top pens.  The cap pulls off to reveal an apparently unused white eraser with space to store your spare 0.9mm leads below.  This is a propel-repel pencil that works by twisting the cap.  I have installed a fresh 0.9mm lead into the mechanism and it is all ready to go.  

I have fully serviced this pencil. It works perfectly.
