This is a rather nice glossy black lacquer over a metal core Waterman Hemisphere fountain pen with gold plated trim. It is in very good condition with just the usual micro-scratches to the cap and barrel lacquer. The cap has a sloped gold plated top button and the signature pierced Waterman pocket clip with the "W" imprinted at the shoulder. Around the cap lip is a narrow gold plated band that bears the "Waterman", "France" imprint. The barrel unscrews to allow the fitting of either a standard Waterman ink converter (not included) or a standard International sized or Waterman ink cartridge. The steel nib has a lovely squat and broad shouldered shape with some nice detail engraving to the upper surface. It is in a medium point.
I have fully serviced this pen. It is a very good writer, and produces a wet and consistent medium width line.
