A beautiful USA-made and very unusual orange ebonite pencil with silver plated appointments that is in good condition.  This is a very unusual and good-looking pencil not withstanding the small amount of damage on it which is limited to a little plating wear to the edges of the crown and some minor discolouration to the point.  The barrel is, unusually, made from orange hard rubber and it has not noticeable scratches or scuffs.  The top knob is twisted to extend the lead - it is a propel-only pencil.  There is a clear imprint on the metal collar at the top of the barrel.  Attached to this collar is the spade-ended pocket clip.  Above this is the crown which can be twisted to extend the 1.18mm lead.  

I have fully serviced this pencil.  It is a propel-only pencil and I have fitted a fresh 1.18mm lead into the mechanism.   It works perfectly.  A very unusual pencil.
