WE558 Eversharp Gold Filled Pencil.

I have been trying to find a nice Eversharp gold filled pencil with the fantastic and really very unusual Console machine engraving for over 2 years, and I have finally found one!  This pencil is in fair to good condition, so definitely not perfect.  It has a large ding at the gripping point and another less noticeable ding to the crown, which also has a little high-point plating wear.  Finally, it has a name that has been very skillfully engrave in the index on the side of the barrel "N. Hazell".  All these things considered I hesitated before deciding to offer this for sale - and it was because of the lovely crisp machine engraved Console pattern that I finally decided to see if anyone wanted this pencil.  

 The crown is twisted to extend the 1.18mm lead - it is a propel-only pencil.  There is a clear imprint at the top of the barrel which clearly identifies this pencil as being made in the U.S.  This pencil is fitted with a spade-ended pocket clip. 

I have fully serviced this pencil.  It is a propel-only pencil and I have fitted a fresh 1.18mm lead into the mechanism.   It works perfectly.
