WE559 Ever Sharp Replica Pencil, boxed.

Size: Length - 142mm.

This is a boxed, and old-stock pencil produced by the Sharp electronics company as a replica of the original Ever Sharp pencil that was invented by one of the founders of the Sharp Corporation in 1915.  It has never been used as far as I can see and is still in pristine condition.  It has a knob at the top which you press down to extend the 0.5mm lead.  You can also pull the top off to reveal an unused eraser beneath.  The barrel has a gold spiral design on a black background.  The top knob, the pocket clip, and the cone are all chrome plated metal.  The red paperboard box is also in excellent condition.  Inside, is a piece of paper explaining what the pencil is.  

I have fully serviced this pencil.  It works perfectly.  An interesting pencil.
