This is a brushed steel Parker 25 in excellent condition. I can't even see any of the usual fine and wispy scratches that you always seem to get in the frosting of the cap and barrel. The top has an inset blue top button with a wide spring steel pocket clip with the blue Parker arrow tab at the bottom. Unusually, the little blue plastic tab at the end of the clip is totally unworn, and the pocket clip itself remains good and tight. The barrel unscrews to allow the fitting of either a standard Parker ink cartridge or a standard Parker ink converter (not included). The nib is also in steel and is also undamaged and in a fine point. The plastic box is typical of the late 1970s-early 1980s Parker boxes with an all-plastic construction. Inside the lid is the original instruction/guarantee sheet. The pad is made from a flocked grey plastic with a black elastic retainer. A very good example of this iconic pen from my school years.
I have fully serviced this pen. The pen writes very smoothly. It lays down a lovely wet and consistent fine-medium width line.
