WE547 Eversharp Tiara Ballpoint, boxed.

A very unusual and quite late Eversharp pen.  This is the Tiara Ladies purse/pocket pen in bright and unmarked chrome finish.  It is in excellent, and what looks like hardly used condition with not even any noticeable scratches in the mirror polished surface.  Capped, the pen is a diminutive size, just right for slipping into a purse or pocket.  When the cap us removed and posted on the end of the barrel, the pen is transformed into a normal sized pen.  The barrel bears the imprint "Eversharp MADE IN U.S.A.".  the pen is roughly bullet shaped and very tactile.  The back of the barrel unscrews to allow refilling the pen.  I have currently fitted it with a Tombow short ballpoint refill that is held in place with a small rubber o'ring.  

The original box is a very nice inclusion - it is also in good condition - some foxing to the lid being the only thing worth mentioning.  

As I am unsure whether the pen has been used before or not (I rather think it hasn't).  It works perfectly with its modern refill.    

I have never had one of these pens for sale before - actually, I have never even seen one before.
